Flotation Tank Small Businesses

Hello. I am interested in starting a small business selling time using a floatation tank which I will build/purchase etc. I am in the Boston area. Does anyone know about any legal resources I should look into. What kind of insurance is required and how much does it cost---can I use waiver forms?...etc. Fun Business stuff. Thanks a lot.
