Default Tank Building with monitor

Is it possible to put monitor from the tank without leak from sound and light?

i assume you mean video monitor, if so the answer is yes. many sports teams use this type of system for training. it is also used for so called super learning cut a window and mount glass or plexiglass to the tank and mount your tv monitor behind it at the correct angle for comfortable viewing build a box out of foam to insulate and keep the noise out and vent the tv with a whisper fan such as used in a computer or electronics they can be picked up for a couple of bucks, and you can run sound into top use water proof speakers suitable for outdoor use and build a foam box around them and seal the speaker to the tank around the edge of the speaker so the cone of the speaker is a barrier between the inside of the tank and the outside environment. in the book "the complete book of floating" it states that you can study or learn at many times the normal rate and retain most of the information thru the use of a tank,either by audio or video means. hope this helps.
