Water Heaters

Hi

I just made a float tank by myself, everything is cool except for tha water heating, actually i have around 300 gallons and i am using 4 water heaters of 300w each one, so i have 1200w, the problem comes in the circulation of the water beetwen the recycling tank and the main bath, it seems that it needs so much time to translate the heat from one side into the other one.

Any ideas, or a special heater for a kind of issue like this one?

I would appreciate any help.
